I am a Walks Leader for our local U3A Group. I lead 2 groups. The first is a weekly group that walks between 2.5 miles and 6 miles. The second is for 'beginners' (twice a month), walking only 2 miles with no stiles, few hills and a minimum of mud! All of the walks for both groups are car-free. At present there are 16 different long walks and 7 different short walks, but this changes over the years. The groups are based in the Upton and Lytchett Matravers area of Dorset.
