A very gentle circular stroll from Wetherby along a section of old railway line and wide tracks that's pretty much as flat as you could ever wish for. Benches at the church at Thorp Arch make a good mid-way stop if the weather's dry. Regular buses from Leeds, York, Castleford, Harrogate etc.
