Waypoints
Get off the bus in the town centre.
Walk through the town centre, and past the car park (boo!) head over the bridge. You will pass an old church yard (worth a look) and continue on to Doon Hill. Follow the signs to the top. There are lots of ribbons tied to trees at the top - wishes left for the fairies that live on Doune Hill!
Head back towards Aberfoyle, and up the Duke's Pass road to the visitor centre. There's lots of exhibitions to see here, and you take the path from the back to Little Fawn falls, a spectacular waterfall in the woods. There are numerous trails in the woods if you want to carry on.
The Old Coach House Inn in the town centre is a family friendly pub which serves great food! There's also the Wool Centre if you want to do a bit of shopping for shortbread. Lots to do while you wait for the bus home.
