Start of the walk. There is a good farm shop at the station, where you can get a pie for the walk.

From the station, turn right and head across the railway line. There is a footpath immediately to the right, leading to the path that follows the riverbank. Follow this to the main road and cross over to Brick Kiln Lane.

Stop in the village of Ufford to visit the old church. Here you can see the old village stocks. Head through the churchyard to pick up the footpath across farmland.

Follow the path across the fields, heading northeast. You will go past the manor house, where you can see highland cows, llamas and other strange animals in the grounds. The path joins Loudham Hall Road, where you turn right and follow the road.

Follow the road round the pond, and there is a footpath heading off on the left side of the road (just before the houses). This will lead you to the village of Campsea Ashe where, strangely, Wickham Market station is (2 miles from the town of the same name!). There is an ok pub if you have to wait.
