Lochaber, in the West Highlands, is one of Scotland's finest walking regions. This route takes you through some of the lower hills south of Loch Morar. The route described here heads from Lochailort Station to the shore of Loch Morar, then returns the way you walked in, but the area lends itself to exploring and picking your own route across the hills. Good boots, gaiters and a map and compass all required! This walk comes courtesy of the Information Centre in Arisaig - thanks!
