A great Cairngorm viewpoint on a clear day, accessible by regular bus from Aviemore. Bynack More (1090 m) is approached on a level path from Glenmore through Ryvoan Pass. Turn right just past the Green Lochan (An Lochan Uaine) onto an old drovers' route - follow the sign to Braemar! Beyond the bridge over the River Nethy, the uphill path becomes rougher, but still distinct, steeper towards the summit. Huge granite Barns of Bynack are worth a short detour SE from the summit.
