A circular, stroll-(1-2-hours) riverside walk in national park South Downs (England) starting at Arundel station, West Sussex, about 7km (roughly 4 miles) long and suitable for families with children, prams/pushchairs, wheelchairs.

This walk takes in the scenic downland town of Arundel and the river Arun. The highlight is the riverside Black Rabbit pub; time your walk to have lunch here.

Good walk
This walk was good. From the station it was easy to find the town, and the river, but then I did have some trouble working out which side of the river I should be walking on and actually getting to the riverside to start walking. One or two more pointers on that would have been helpful. But it was fine really and a very nice walk once I was on the river.

Updated route
Hi Miriam Thanks for this; this was one of the earliest routes we added and needed a few more details! I have updated it in light of your comments. Thanks Tim
