A circular, stroll-(1-2-hours) riverside walk in England starting at Arundel station, West Sussex, about 4km (roughly 2 miles) long and suitable for families with children, prams/pushchairs, wheelchairs. This walk takes in the scenic downland town of Arundel and the river Arun. Start: Arundel station, OS Grid: TQ024064 Elevation Profile (x: waypoint number, y: metres)

The Black Rabbit pub by the river makes an excellent stopping point halfway round. Good food and lots of good beers!

Follow the road heading southeast until you reach the Arundel Park. From here take the path north of the lake, which double back on itself to head up to Hiorne Tower
About 1 km (roughly 1 miles) from 3 OS Grid: TQ013082
From here, follow the footpath back into Arundel. The cathedral in Arundel is worth a visit and there are lots of interesting shops and nice cafes in the town itself.
