Start the walk from Hartington, near the bus stop.
A pleasant 5.5Mile walk, along the River Dove, via Wolfscote Dale, and Biggin Dale. The valley is nestled between picturesque slopes, and has a well surfaced path alongside the River. A miners cave can be seen as you return up the adjoining Biggin Dale. The walk is estimated at around 2 hours, .... but we stop off and take in the views too often for it to be that short :O)
To rate the walk, simply move your mouse over the stars to the left and click when it indicates how you like the walk.
The best way to enter time and date is by entering the date first (e.g. 'tomorrow' or 'next week Wednesday') then the time you want to leave (or arrive), e.g. '8:49am'. It would look like 'next week Wednesday 8:49am'. Naturally, you can go completely old-fashioned and write something like '01 June, 8:43am' like they did it in the good ole days.
We've done our best to teach the machine about time and dates, especially the importance of tea-time on a sunny afternoon, but if he upsets you: don't worry too much. Happens to the best of us.
