A relatively flat, circular trip around Dufton Pike. The energetic can detour to summit the hill if they so wish. Toilets & pub in Dufton. Pub in Long Marton. Note: the Roman Road between Points 12 & 13 can be very boggy in the monsoon season. Walk is approx 14 1/4 miles long. 563 buses to/from Penrith and Appleby is on the Leeds-Settle-Carlisle rail line.
