A simple walk along canal towpath and old railway line between Huddersfield & Dewsbury. A good walk for when the fields are full of 'mush' but you might have to 'puddle dance' a bit. From Huddersfield town centre follow the directions towards the University to reach the start point. Walk is approx 10 miles, might be pram OK but riverbank sections just a bit too tight for my liking.

Nice Walk For A Rainy Day

Enjoyed this walk, it was very wet today but as it was on mostly cycle routes I kept my feet dry.

What do you think?
