There's more to Scottish walking than just mountains. This walk, along the wooded banks of the River Garry, is a great day out in some of the finest scenery in the country. The route, from Pitlochry to Killiecrankie, can be done in either direction, with regular buses running between the towns. It's also possible to make the walk longer by returning on the opposite side of the river.

What A Walk

What a walk, Pitlochry to Killiecrankie, have done this walk many times over the last 5 years and love it. Have done it both ways and it is so different, I must say I like starting at the Killiecrankie end. Thanks for the great detail information you have provided for this walk. Best regards Matt McKenna
