A moderate walk (low hills and fells (below 600m)) starting and finishing in West Glamorgan, Wales, about 18.20km (11.31 mi) long with an estimated walking time of about 6:30h. It is unsuitable for families with children, prams & pushchairs, wheelchairs.

If you haven't been to Gower before, the views on this walk will make you wonder why you left it so long. There's nothing too taxing, but it's a fair old hike; luckily it finishes at the beach. Gower is very well served with buses from Swansea.

I did this walk again in March, makes for a great day out. Loads of ponies of Cefn Bryn and we had a dramatic thunder storm over the Worm's Head at the end.
