This walk from Hayfield takes in two smallish tops to the north of the town, Middle Moor and Lantern Pike, owned by the National Trust. There's a good pub, the Lantern Pike Inn, between the two so worth timing your walk to be here for lunch.
Hayfield has lots of bus connections to the surrounding towns and cities.
