A riverside/coastal walk visiting Castletown's lovely harbour, the delightful Silverdale Glen and a section of the Raad Ny Foillan coastal path. Regular bus service to Castletown from Douglas, Port Erin, Port St Mary, Peel & Foxdale. Steam train option could start/finish near Point 2. Approx 9 miles long.

Alight the bus at the market square and head downhill beyond the Castle to the river. Follow the river to the road bridge and cross. Follow the river upstream to the mini-roundabout road junction.
