A half-day walk in the Wye Valley taking in Tintern Abbey, Piercefield Manor house, Chepstow racecourse, and ending at Chepstow castle. I enjoy this walk in Autumn.

Continue into Chepstow and head for the castle, sitting on the banks of the River Wye, or rather the Afon Gwy seeing as we're in Wales. It's the old stone castle in Britain, and certainly impressive. From here, it's a short walk into the town centre for bus and train connections.
