From the station, head down the hill and under the railway. Turn right at the big roundabout, then right into the meadow (down some wooden steps).

The easiest way through the meadow is to stick to the River Colne, which weaves through it. Lots of wildlife here - keep your eyes for the interesting flowers underfoot.
