A high level walk down one of the islands glens to the shore and an up return visit to a neolithic chambered tomb. Refreshment hut (chocolate bars, crisps, soft drinks, homemade cakes) & toilets at start of the walk in the summer season. Regular buses to Dhoon Glen throughout the year and Electric Tram spring to autumn.

Take the bus or electric tram & alight at Dhoon Glen entrance. Take the minor road to the right of the station refreshment hut downhill but do not enter the Glen, follow the road as it heads north.

Follow the Way of the Gull wakmarkers to cross the tramlines, follow the A2 briefly and turn right down another minor road.
