A very short walk (2.75 miles) that is suitable for very young children as it's mainly downhill. Good walk for children in snow or spring when the lambs are about. Fields may have cattle in the summer months, if that's an issue take Fieldhead Lane down to reservoir and add 1/2 mile to length. Hourly bus service from/to Huddersfield (No 314) throughout the week.
